His expertise in startups and investing led to the formation of Dexter Ventures, driven by a vision to understand founder pain points and provide optimal deals for investors, ensuring a balanced approach at the firm.

When he's not busy helping founders, Devendra finds joy in spending quality time with his kids and family. Organizing fun evenings for his children is a priority, showcasing his commitment to creating cherished moments and a happy family life.

He is an IIT-B grad and has cleared all levels of CFA.

Anuradha has over 15 years of experience working with ICICI Bank, Agilent Technologies, Copal Partners, Dexter Capital. She has spent over 10 years as an entrepreneur building Dexter Capital as Co-Founder & Multibhashi as a sole founder.She has started Multibhashi in 2015, scaled it to 2mn+ learners, 12k+ trainers, raised 2 rounds of funding, turned it profitable and handed over the reins to a competent team, which is building it profitably.

She has a BE in Computer Science (2006), MBA - Finance (2008),CFA (ICFAI University)

She worked as Vice President and Head of Personal Loans in One Mobikwik Systems Pvt Ltd and Vice President - US and LATAM Banking, EXL Analytics.

She is a graduate in BTech in Textile Technology & Minor Degree in Business Administration from IIT Delhi.

Ankit holds a B-Tech from Manipal Institute of Technology (2011-15).

In his leisure time, Ankit enjoys swimming, playing the piano, exploring new culinary delights and indulging in his passion for cricket.

Meet Yash, a forward-thinking entrepreneur with a unique blend of business smarts and innovation. With a background in finance and commerce, including a B.Com (Hons.) degree from SRCC and CFA Level 1.

Yash's entrepreneurial journey began when he founded a successful D2C brand. Today, at Dexter Ventures, he handles D2C brands, health tech, and the ever-evolving Creator economy.

Yash is an AI and new tech enthusiast. He is always open to discuss the changes and disruptions in generative AI and deep tech.

Sorabh is someone who was interested in the world of finance from his early college days which led him to pursue CA and 2 levels of the CFA program.

He has previously worked with a Big 4 audit firm for a few years where most of his time went in analyzing financial statements. Later on, he joined a startup for a brief stint where he gained insights into setting up a new business from scratch.

Beyond the number crunching, you can find him relaxing on the badminton court or on Netflix. On the weekends, he is usually glued to a Formula 1 race cheering on his favourite driver.

Devansh is a dual major in Economics (MSc) and Chemical Engineering (BE) from BITS Pilani, and CFA Level 1.

He has previously worked in the investment banking divisions at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse.

Besides delving into all things start-up and business, he can be found travelling, playing badminton or hitting the gym. He also loves to cook and watch thrillers in the past-time.

Urvi has graduated in B.Sc (Hons.) Economics & Finance from Ashoka University.
She has cleared CFA Level 1.

Prior to joining Dexter, she worked with Grant Thornton and Salt Pe.

Urvi will be working closely with Anuradha Aggrawal.

With over three years of professional experience, her journey includes a significant tenure at Multibhashi, where she excelled across diverse roles over a span of almost two years. Her expertise also encompasses engagements with prominent organizations such as BB Publishers Pvt. Ltd., Sacred Soul Convent Sr. Sec. School, and SPS Apollo Hospital. Educational- B.com from Delhi University, B.Ed. from MDU Rohtak and MBA (finance) from IGNOU. She is also CPT and CTET qualified.

She brings hands-on experience in investment research, financial modeling, and diligence across early to growth-stage companies, having interned at Unitus Capital. During her time there, she conducted sector mapping, created detailed investment memorandums, built 3-statement financial models, and worked directly with founders to evaluate market positioning and unit economics across fintech, MSME lending, and affordable housing. She has previously worked at Verity Knowledge Solutions where she conducted equity research and peer benchmarking using tools like Bloomberg and FactSet, and at EY as an Internal Audit Intern focused on compliance and operational performance audits.

Ayushi is a CFA Level I candidate and holds an MBA in Finance from Sri Sri University. Ayushi is also a published researcher and is proficient with tools like Tracxn, Probe42, PrivateCircle, and Excel. She has demonstrated strong analytical skills and founder-facing experience, and we are excited to have her on board!

Shanaya is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background across investment banking, equity investments, and business development. She has worked with Mercurium Analytics, a London-based fintech startup, driving their India expansion, and previously interned with PwC India’s TMT Investment Banking team, contributing to live mandates, strategic proposals, and extensive industry research. Her experience at Motilal Oswal’s FIG coverage team includes QIPs, IPOs, and benchmarking for 25+ companies, while at Prosperity Advisors (Dubai), she managed special situations and arbitrage trades across 250+ SME IPOs. Shanaya has also contributed to product launches at Grey Trendy, conducted market research at Nilkamal Ltd., and holds corporate finance training from LSE along with certifications from CFI and Forage.

Shanaya is a CFA Level 1 candidate and finance enthusiast with hands-on experience across investment banking, equity research, and strategic advisory. She pursued her Bachelor’s in Financial Markets from NM College, Mumbai.

Shaurya is a driven research analyst with hands-on experience in fundamental investing, operations, and financial analysis. Most recently, he interned at Molecule Ventures, where he conducted deep-dive bottom-up research across sectors like Retail, Defence, EPC, and NBFCs. He worked on high-conviction ideas such as Genesys International and supported due diligence and valuation for JNK India. He also received a Letter of Recommendation for his outstanding performance and analytical rigour.
Prior to this, Shaurya served as Head of Operations and Finance at Maroosh, where he led the expansion from 1 to 6 profitable outlets. He managed daily operations, financial planning, and digital marketing—driving a 4x increase in online orders and boosting operational efficiency.

He did his BBA from NMIMS, with prior academic experience under the IB curriculum at Jayshree Periwal International School, Jaipur.
